I want to give two outstanding associates, Kimberly and Terri. a round of applause and 5 stars for their exceptional work at Ace. On different days, my family and I were at Ace getting ideas for cabin projects. Terri and Kimberly were so focused and kind in helping us with our possible ideas. I’ve been around the mountain a few times and I know excellent customer service and true dedication when I see it. These two associates really shine!! Thank you Kimberly and Terri for all of the positive things you do to help make our Valley Ace so special and unique!!!!
