With nearly three decades of construction experience, including timber framing and log building, Sam Wisecup has become a trusted name in custom home construction across the valley. Fifteen years ago, he founded Wise Iron Forge to channel his passion for the artistic side of building—where metal, wood, and design meet to create one-of-a-kind finishes that elevate a home’s character.
Sam’s path has taken him from hands-on metalwork in Aspen, Colorado, to being the Operations Manager for Oakley Construction in Westcliffe, CO. There, he managed subcontractors, coordinated with homeowners, and oversaw residential builds from the ground up. This hands-on role sharpened his skills in planning, problem-solving, and execution—experience he now brings to each project through Wise Iron Forge.
