This home is truly a masterpiece for entertaining, beginning with a stunning front entryway that showcases a custom Bronze Orepac door. The wrap-around balcony, adorned with impressive beams, offers breathtaking views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. The entertaining nook (shown in the pictures to the right) is perfectly equipped, featuring built-in spaces for both a Big Green Egg and a Traeger grill, as well as a welcoming fireplace that sets the ideal ambiance.

Westcliffe Builders was founded by three partners with diverse backgrounds: Perry Smith, Dennis Husvet, and Mark Maloney. Their backgrounds range from Finance, Insurance, and real estate (FIRE) to owning cabinetry and furniture businesses. Mark, for example, began his journey in home construction in the 7th grade with a cabin project for school. Together, these men form a tight-knit team dedicated to delivering energy-efficient, cost-effective zero-energy homes that embody their clients’ precise visions.
